Automotive Service Advisor

We are looking for an experienced Automotive Service Advisor to join our customer-focused service team.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assess vehicle service needs Provide repair estimates and explain recommended services Communicate between customers and technicians Manage work orders and invoicing (Mitchell 1 experience preferred) Ensure a positive customer service experience

Qualifications

• Experience as an Automative Service Advisor
• Strong knowledge of automotive systems
