Towing & Transportation Dispatcher

Griffith Bros Service Centre Ltd. is seeking an organized and reliable Dispatcher to coordinate towing and transportation services.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch towing and transportation calls
• Communicate with drivers, customers, and staff
• Schedule and coordinate service requests
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

• Dispatch, transportation, or logistics experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable using computer scheduling systems
• Ability to multitask and solve problems under pressure
